- Who designs and makes these jewelry?

All of our jewelry are deigned and handmade by Yalda Atri. Yalda Atri is an Iranian/Canadian artist who lives in Vancouver, Canada. For more information please visit the About the Artist page.


- What are the acceptable methods of payment?

We currently use PayPal to allow you to purchase our products using any major credit card or bank account.


- Are you a verified PayPal seller?

Yes. FineandFancy.ca is a verified PayPal seller.


- Do you retain or store my credit card information?

We do NOT store any credit card information. Each time you place an order with us, you will need to provide your credit card information when checking out through the PayPal website.


- What's my shipping charge?

Items can be picked up from our business address in Vancouver. The standard shipping and handling fee is $5.99 for the first item and $1 for each additional item. The express shipping and handling fee is $15.99 for the first item and $1 for each additional item. Shipping to the US is done via Canada Post Small Parcel Surface or Air. Shipping within Canada may be done via Canada Post or UPS. For international shipping and handling please contact us.

- If I change my mind, can I cancel or return my order?

Yes, you may cancel your order at anytime before shipping, and we will provide you with a full refund of your purchase price. If your order has already shipped, you may return it within 14 days of purchase, in the original packaging and in the condition it was sent to you in. When we receive your return, we will be happy to provide you with a full refund of your purchase price for the returned merchandise, less shipping charges which are not refundable.
